He doesn't imply that it is unlikely that such a person might be on GC somewhere. I think it's worth noting that that is an acceptable position by a respected member of the community. Hierophant seemed to suggest the same basic idea but didn't say it. Others hint at it.

I'm not going to condemn him for sharing that opinion, but I don't happen to share it. I think it would be bad if members here were tied to real life "sexual abuse" cases. Fortunately, I can't cite any particular instances of that happening. I certainly hope this trend continues. Regardless of what you think his opinion implies or doesn't imply about the members here, I don't think it really speaks on how we conduct our offline lives. I haven't seen that particular quote and I've never seen someone say that or something similar here before. Therefore, I believe it is a minority opinion. I also believe people say things online that they would never even consider doing in real life. That probably goes even more so in this community with the scrutiny that we are under. I think almost all of us act accordingly.
