I don't doubt that there are some in porn who might regret it; or, more commonly, wish that other opportunities which never presented themselves had been possible.

I've spent most of my life in and around retail. I've only known a handful of entrepreneurs. And among them even fewer who still felt joy at the prospect of their job year-in year out. I've found nobody outside of those few who didn't think that the grass wasn't greener for someone else.

Most workers in our economy would not choose where they ended-up if anything were possible.

And quite a few choose the unpleasant but profitable because it affords them more security or buys more for their family. Sewage treatment plants don't have to buy slaves.

Its a shame that the foster care system so consistently damages the children in its care. its bad enough when they're in it because the parents have died. Its worse for the others who were ripped from caring families due to the war on drugs, or due to an overzealous system which finds people "unfit" at the drop of a hat.

Some pronz stars emerge from loving and supportive homes. Folks like Sasha Grey are level headed ( and frequently level-torsoed. ) But its impossible to survey stars in any entertainment form and not see so many damaged people seeking fame.

Only when folks talk about pronz, they say this to slur the industry. When they see the same stats in music, TV and film, they don't assume that its because the product is immoral. ( Although Rock 'n' Roll IS the Devil's Music. )

As for my LG? Beatrice did express an interest in creating a sex-tape some day. I don't think she ever realized that. But that might have less to do with interest and more to do with technology.

Unless you are prepared to date only 40somethings plus; you should expect that there may be a sext your GF created in her youth floating around somewhere on the net.

While the technology has made mainstream pronz more available, it has also made it a less important source for pronz. And every technological step and relaxation of the laws have made pronz less coercive and abusive. It, like all "fame" continues to attract the abused. But its no longer the place to go to find abuse you never had.
