qtns2di4 and I have agreed that he gets Magaby Garay and I get Joselyn Tiburcio on Pequeños Gigantes. The world needs more talent shows featuring LGs. There's only so far one Jackie Evancho can take an American series :)

I haven't watched much of La Voz Kids, but it does make us wonder just how long it will take the parent show The Voice to create a kids spin-off in English?

Then there's the entire issue of Telenovelas centering around LG protagonists. Maybe the Soap Opera wouldn't be a dying form in the EEUU if it had chosen to create some series centering around girls. ( And I ain't talkin' teen series like Rebelde. )

Some at GC have been huge fans of Luz Clarita. Me, I always preferred Ximena Sariñana as the evil stepsister over Daniela Luján as the heroine.

American's will do sitcoms like Punky Brewster or Blossom; although those are becoming scarce. But they'll never do a tearjerker drama with a girl at its heart.
