I like to think of Bible authors as child beating, wife beating, slave beating, witch killing, heretic killing, apostate killing, homosexual killing, willful child killing, ignorant, superstitious, lovers of war.

And I think Bible God is a reflection of that. But than again my prejudices, gut feelings, and common sense has been wrong before.
