Is it possible pedophilia is a sickness?

The only people who say that pedophiles or hebephiles aren't sick, are pedophiles and hebephiles. I've always accepted and felt good about my attractions, but what if I'm justifying it? What if it is a sickness? After all, a crazy person doesn't know he's crazy.
