I suspect that the prosecutor and judge decided to prosecute her to the full extent of the law as a deterrent. They may fully support the genocide of men who love children, but that does not mean that they want decent, god-fearing red-blooded heterosexual men who might be prone to domestic violence to be caught up in the slaughter.
