Sodomy? Was he confused because his parents named her "Christopher?"

WTF? The "prowling" I get. They were on church property and not using private property as it was intended during its operational hours. The property owners didn't consent to their use of it this way.

But as to the sex. They're consenting. There ought to be nothing illegal about any sex act one consenting person chooses to do with another willing partner.

Its as simple as this. "Maam, Sir, do either of you wish to press charges or feel you were harmed? No? Very sorry to have bothered you. I'm citing you for prowling, please remove your selves and your trailer from church property."

For the ethically challenged, I'll substitute the phrase "consenting adults" for "consenting persons" so that reason enters into their consideration.

Given that they don't share a last name, I suspect that this is a case where the Westermarck bond was never formed. So perhaps they ought to be forgiven for the failure to feel "icky" about sex with one another, and to forget that for many folks ethics and law depend on nothing more than what makes the str8s feel "icky."

Thank Ghod it was The Notebook and not another Nicholas Sparks novel-turned-film The Last Song. Miley Cyrus doesn't need more flack.
