Thank you, Madscience, for reminding me.

Back in the mid 90s, I discovered a website called the "Pedophile Liberation Front". I was disappointed to find that there was no armed forces component to the PLF (as one might find in groups like the PLO). :-)
I was both excited that I was not alone, but also disturbed that I might be a "sicko". So I did as any intelligent person would do, I went to the library and did research. I read quite a few books on sexual law in history and a few on sexual psychology.
One of the more interesting reports that I read was from , as I recall, the University of Kentucky. The report stated that a researcher had come upon the idea of a "pedophile detector". The idea was simple. I small version of a blood pressure cuff would be applied to the penises of a number tests subjects would be shown child pornography images. Those that got a measurable erection would be, no doubt, pedophiles. Unfortunately for the researcher, a large number of subjects had measurable erections. I forget what the number was, but it was about 80%. So much for that.
I also read a rebuttal to the "Meese Report". Edwin Meese was attorney general under Ronald Reagan and released an investigation on pornography. Part of the rebuttal dealt with the Meese Report's conclusions on child pornography. As I recall, the rebuttal stated that in industrialized nations where child pornography is legal, the incidents of child molestation are reportedly lower.
I remember being excited by these two reports. I wish i had taken better notes, but I was reading everything I could get my hands on.
