I haven't seen the new Gondry.

Nor have I seen the doc on The Shining.

But I do recommend the doc Jodorowsky's Dune. It gives a lot more details than I'd previously heard before about the "greatest SF movie never made." Ferinstance I didn't know that it had been storyboarded to a fair-thee-well by Moebius; enough so that folks looking at the storyboarded screenplay claim to have "seen" the film.

( And it also corrected decades of mispronouncing Giroud's last name due to the insistence of an American fan I knew whose family shared the name but insisted on pronouncing it differently. )
