It's doable, mostly...

I will lie naked in the sun and rain. I'll stay close to the fire in the cold and rain.

...except that. There exist rains in which you cannot, in fact, build outdoor fire. 'n it takes much, much less humidity to sabotage a firedrill.

Conversely...

I might leave everything and move to the wilderness. I'll give my family all of my possessions, of course. I could live or die with nothing, not much diff in the big pic.

...if you don't give away all your posessions, you could have internet access in the wilderness. and a fridge. and a video player. and have it all fit in a small handbag.

Both work.

There's something a little noble about avoiding the forced settlement of colonial regimes. It's nonparticipation, and it reminds one of the possibility of several things which "the man" hopes you never consider possible.

One of those is freedom. Another is survival without a corporate-governmental complex to "take care of you."

....it also prevents some rather nasty, inflicted physical and mental health problems.

Surrendering earthly posessions can also have some advantages - it teaches you that it is possible, it frees one from the struggles of attainment, it creates the simple life. It is nonparticipation in an economic system which is, frankly, hurtful. It is revolving one's life around the things one actually needs, rather than things one doesn't want, but reflexively consumes.

Both of them have their advantages. They are also seperate and seperable from each other...

I'll miss them, especially G12 and the other g'kids.

....and neither of them mean that. That is instead a third seperate and seperable thing. I see no advantages in it.

Mostly, it's "whatever makes you happy." That's the purpouse of life, after all - the happiness of living things.

Good luck in whatever you do... but know clearly what your intended path is, and know that you have options.
