And I understand that investigating and prosecuting cp cases is one of the only pro-active weapons that you possess to unearth cases of abusers.
The head-shrinkers will tell you that pedophilia is an illness (hence the `philia`) and that all have the potential to abuse. They`ll also tell you that masturbating to images or fantasies of children only reinforces that potential. Psychiatry is still a relatively new medical field and while I say it might do just that in a small percentage of people who were already prone to be headed in that direction...I`m not convinced that it would in all.
I believe that in most cases...it would relieve that sexual horniness and help the fella think straight again and NOT ACT OUT.

You produce. Death.
You distribute...pretty long sentence.
You download child abuse pictures...investigate all contacts past and present...see if you can unearth any abuse or potential abuse...sentence accordingly.
Model`s...same as above.
Drawings (3D or otherwise) Just investigate for past or potential abuse. Take into account whether they`re trying to get into contact with children via employment, volunteering etc. Make parents aware that he or she is viewing this sewage. Short or No sentence depending on all these factors.
