But I would lean towards saying no. With regards to Litvinenko's comments about Putin allegedly being a pedophile, he only said them after Putin had the strange encounter with the little boy that caused a lot of people to speculate why he acted that way. Litvinenko also had a longstanding beef with Putin and had never said anything like that before. But all of a sudden he comes out with all sorts of allegations of Putin having a history of pedophilia? I don't buy it. I think Litvinenko took advantage of a golden opportunity to assassinate the character of someone he hated. That's not to say that Putin is 100% not a pedophile, but there's absolutely no verifiable proof that he is. I used to have warmer feelings towards Putin/Russia/Ukraine/Eastern Europe than I do now, but I wouldn't want pedophilia to be associated with Putin at this point.
