To be honest, in LGs and teens and even the majority of women in their 20s and 30s, I do not think they improve with makeup. Small details maybe, like lipstick and mascara. But a complete set, in my biased opinion, does not generally improve the look of even younger adults, much less teens and LGs.

Of course, this doesn't mean they be banned from their usage. If they want it, it hurts nobody whether or not they wear it.
