Please cite the sources that state the pay gap is a result of sexism and that 1 in 5 women suffer those abuses. Otherwise citing faulty statistics as if they were the word of god to rile up emotions makes your movement lose some of its credibility.

The sex of people making the assertions, either way, has nothing to do with it. It's sexism to think otherwise.
