To add to your list I also feel that relationships between adults and children are often not real so to speak. It's an adult almost always acting as an authority and very few adults will just be friends with a child. While children have less time alone among other children, most of their time is still with other children thanks to school. Perpetuating immaturity and extended childhood and causing the creation of adolescents (or at least leading to its extreme lengthening).
However I do agree, everything has become so micromanaged with kids, things that were just normal are now seen as problems. Which explains the rise in depressive drugs being pumped into children. |
