I'm happy to consider this case. I think a gentle correction would make sense if you did not consent (for that reason alone). It is not OK for her to use you without permission. As for whether it was "in bad taste" on her part, that depends on her age. Much less so if she's two than if she's six.

Letting her continue that activity at all risks societally induced harm in today's world. Remembering that you let her do that would likely leave her feeling that you had betrayed her. It would at least run that risk.
