Yet, there are people who feel instinctivelly (by all asppearances) to abhor the sex organs they were born with, and want them gone, pronto.

I, for one, don't feel the need to (or, conversely, let's say I have the luxury of not having to) say that I belong to this or the other (or yet another) sex or gender, and I'm perfectly fine with that.
Like it or not (and sometimes not) I am a human, avove all other and rather minor, in perspective, distinctions.
