That was a wonderful bit of imagination you would have shared with her, Jeep. I can see many LGs thoroughly enjoying that exchange, and you and them sharing many smiles in the process.

The thing is, however, this girl wasn't interested in exchanging sweet story ideas about the nature of unicorns. She was relentlessly demanding that I give her a unicorn this instant (her words!), and that was for the purpose of terrorizing me, not some cute little inter-storytelling session. She was deliberately making impossible demands so that I wouldn't have a reason to let her go back to my convo with Renee and thus deny her the amusement she was getting out of the distress she was causing me. Not only that, but Renee was egging her on in the background, to make me shift my sympathy from Jennie to her for having to put up with Jennie. That was Renee's retaliation for my defending Jennie from her complaints about her presence.

Also, and admittedly, I didn't want to extend the conversation with Jennie. I was trying to politely get back to my convo with Renee. To be totally honest, Jennie was intimidating me and weirding me out with her relentless demands and insistence that she was a "pretty princess" who was entitled to make such demands from anyone, including someone she didn't even know. No doubt Jennie is quite an interesting character, but she was making me nervous.
