"In 2013, the Toronto [police] force employed ... 169 officers per 100,000."

The city of Toronto has been known as one of the safest major cities in North America, due to its low crime rate and homicide rate.

The numbers for the highest police per capita for U.S. cities are listed below:

Washington, DC : 685
New York, NY : 595
St. Louis, MO : 586
Miami Beach, FL : 549
Baltimore, MD : 534
Birmingham, AL : 525
Wilmington, DE : 510
Atlanta, GA : 495

Sure, prostitution is now illegal in Toronto. But I don't think anyone really cares. Heck, even the recent cocaine extravaganza of the (now ex-) mayor showed that Toronto really doesn't care what is illegal and what is not. Today, Rob Ford (that ex-mayor) is a city counselor.

If you want a good, healthy fuck-for-a-buck, just don't do it inside a police station (unless she works there and is related somehow to Rob Ford).
