I have just looked up the statute for 'sexual battery', and with their definition it doesn't sound like a nasty thing. Rather, it's something a lot of people enjoy a lot.

From Statute 794.011 - 1/h:
“Sexual battery” means oral, anal, or vaginal penetration by, or union with, the sexual organ of another or the anal or vaginal penetration of another by any other object; however, sexual battery does not include an act done for a bona fide medical purpose.

Here I am, associating 'battery' with physical violence, while Florida state law says that intercourse, e.g., is sexual battery.
