Today I saw the documentary Citizenfour about NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden.

In addition to showing footage of everything from Occupy Movement security briefings and Brazilian Senatorial hearing over surveillance, the bulk of it is the meeting in Hong Kong where Snowden revealed himself and his info to the Guardian's Glenn Greenwald and documentarian Laura Poitras ( whose security savvyness led to her being a better contact than Snowden's initial choice of Greenwald. )

At one point Snowden is on his laptop emailing folks in the States to see how things are going. In the background you can hear Selena Gomez's hit Come And Get It. A shift of camera angle shows that the music video is playing on the telly in the hotel room.

My first though, "LOL, Snowden is a Selenator." Second thought, "Naw, he's just got the telly tuned to a music network, not specifically Selena." Third thought, "Though, 'If you want it, come and get it,' should be the theme song for the telecommunications giants and ISPs who just rolled over and assisted the NSA in its efforts to remove all communications privacy."

A very good doc.

As I was leaving the theatre, I could hear LG voices at the entrance. I looked up and saw three 8 or 9 year old girls there with maybe four more behind them.

Upon exiting, it became clear that more cuties were showing up by the minute, approx 20 in all with just one woman supervising the group. While it might be kewl to think that these hawt LGs were already security conscious enough to be arriving for the next screening of Citizenfour, chances were that they were seeing something more kid-friendly at the multiplex.
