They really don't like the fact that kids like us because we listen to them and respect their choices. They don't like being reminded of just how often the child who hears, "Because I'm an adult and I say so," can find another adult who refuses to play that power trip.

And they really hate it when they're confronted with the fact that we are more aware of YR issues, their history, legislation and standings in Intl law.

When the children leave the spluttering ignorant bully, there are others who will assist them in informing themselves and empowering themselves.

Its because they hate to admit that a free and empowered child is more of a turn-on for us than the submissive child they find easier to get to obey. Most of them refuse to acknowledge that we prefer that she be free to choose against our company rather than coerced. And because she knows that its not compulsory, if she does like us she is likely to return.

If we really wanted "power over" then why are so many of us working to remove the cultural constructs that give adults power over kids? And why do so many of the antis feel so threatened if it is suggested that they cede one jot of their illegitimate power or even ask the child what they prefer?

Its sad that they think that love is ownership. And then assume that if anyone else feels love, that they must feel the desire to own or control another human being.

But the same was assumed of all previous advocates for empowerment. Civil Rights for blacks was about Commie Pinko "allies" wanting to reduce the colored folk to tools in the Cold War. And those championing sexual freedom for women were nothing but exploitive Don Juans waiting to pounce on females once they were no longer chaperoned by a male caregiver.

Heck, the Antis know full well that Hebephiles are even more common than Pedos. And that all that Hebes really want is the same females who were once universally acknowledged to be young women. Its only Anti society that has taken the measures to legally remove the privileges of adulthood from what are clearly adult women. Hebe's didn't create the power imbalance. The Antis worked very hard to treat a class of capable humans as if it were little more than an infant. And now they have the audacity, having created an artificial dependence, to declare that a near universal attraction to young adults is solely based on the dependence they recently invented.

As it is they argue that no such factor is present in an attraction to 23 year olds. But if they managed to move the AoC and age of majority to 25 tomorrow, they would magically blame the party who didn't change for desiring only to exploit the power imbalance they engineered.
