I'm saying the minimum age to get a licences is 16, and I didn't mean to exclude the driver's permit and the mandatory minimum wait time to take the test for the license.I went thought all that stuff you mentioned, and didn't get my license until i was almost 20. I was bad at the road test. You bring up other good points. Speaking of age limits, I think it would reasonable to lower the drinking age to 18.
