Still legal to visit in person

"Hum mm So how would one get on with photo's from Nudist sites ?
I mean. Well the girls are in "public" view anyway."

Since the films Brainstorm and Strange Days are still science fiction, the prosecutions are based on pixels uploaded by computers rather than photons uploaded through the optic nerve.

This then leads to a massive discrepancy between what is legal to see in person and what is permissible to view a recording of.

There is no doubt that anyone witnessing the Azov images in person wouldn't have been doing anything illegal. Boy wrestling hijinks ( so the descriptions tell me ) are still legal, clothed or otherwise.

Even weirder was the case where the legal difference between the AoC and the ages defining KP in the same jurisdiction led to a gent being prosecuted for making a consensual sex tape with his legal lover. She was old enough for him to f*ck and to eyeball from every angle while doing so, but she became a evil child-pronzographer and he a KP consumer when she created the tape and shared with him.

Even before Azov we could see that while the courts gave lip-service to the notion that simple underage nudity was still protected speech, that they reserved the right to prosecute it as KP depending on very subjective readings of "intent." After Azov, I wouldn't care to bet my freedom on nude child images which aren't sold by large corporate retailers in my jurisdiction ( and their armies of lawyers to vette the legality for me. )

Speaking of which, I've been thinking of getting the new Nan Goldin photo-essay Eden And After. Its very pricey, but very lovely. Maybe if Santa is nice......
