This afternoon I stepped out onto the porch for some air and two girls I had never seen before came bounding down the steet. Running full tilt. One looked to be about eight and the other nine. The younger of the two was wearing a tube top, the older a button blouse, and both wore jeans. After falling back a ways, the younger started to falter in her gait as the older was so much faster. In any case, her top had come down. When the other girl turned to her she began laughing her butt off. I of course stared intently. That is, untill they saw me too. I turned, but I made sure I could still see them in the reflection on my glass door. They went on thier merry way laughing and giggling. Later, on thier way back up the street, I suppose for dinner, they made sure to smile at me. I think the younger one was blushing, I'm not sure. Anyway, it was indeed a very nice event to have happen in an otherwise boring day. :)
