	We live in a dangerous world, and there are no easy answers as to how we protect our youth. Unfortunately, for those of us who love young people, some adults assume the worst of everyone who is not directly related to a young person they are associating with. All too often, "strangers" are not the problem. Parents abuse their children more than any stranger. And coaches are often arrested for abuse. I think the best we can do is to love, allow young people to get to know us at their pace, and trust that our love will earn their love. Do not give up. Keep loving.
