Awesome but unknown GL movie

During a visit to Europe some years ago, I had the luck to see a movie on television that was astounding, for reasons that will soon be clear. I'm pretty sure it was all in French, because at the time I was just at the border between France and a smaller country in which French is spoken. Although I don't speak a word of French beyond carpe deim, I was able to determine a lot of the plot from the actions. The summary below was written for a non-GL shortly after the trip, and leaves many things out, but gives the general idea. So my questions are, have any of you seen this movie? What is the title? Who made it, when, and where? And most importantly, Who is that girl!!? If I could have just one movie with me on a desert island, this is the one I would pick, but I have no idea how to find it. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Here's a very brief summary of the plot: a woman and an 8-year-old girl (I'll just call her Chantilly since she's French and I don't know what her name was) have a car breakdown in front of the country home of a man living alone. They knock on the door and he ignores them, wanting them to go away. Chantilly runs into the back yard and (right on television) takes off her dress and sandals and jumps into his swimming pool. When the woman does the same, he comes out angry, but seeing Chantilly in her wet panties, shivering, his heart melts and he goes and gets towels for them. (Ok, I'll try to make this a briefer summary.) They become friends, and exchange visits. One day, he gives her a model airplane in exchange for letting him take portraits of her, which turn out very good. He asks if he can take nude pictures of her also. Chantilly has no objections, but her mother rejects the idea, so he doesn't. When the woman goes to Brussells for the weekend to meet someone, Chantilly goes along and plays on the beach. He goes too, and secretly takes some more pictures of her playing with a girlfriend, in their one-piece (i.e. topless) bikinis. At the hotel, he gives them the portraits he took before, so they know he's there at the same hotel. Chantilly is taking a bath with her mother in their hotel room and (oh sure, how contrived) the water gets stuck on. She jumps out of the tub naked, runs out of the hotel room and down the stairs (facing the camera, arms aside), and stands naked frantically knocking on his door for awhile. He comes out and she takes his hand and leads him back to their room where he shuts off the water. She thanks him and jumps back into the tub (the woman went into another room). By now they're in love with each other, and he gives her a teddy bear to replace one she lost. One day she gets the idea to go visit him without telling her mother, and takes the bus. She surprises him, resulting in wrecking a model airplane, but he can't stay mad at her, and they jump into the pool together, both still dressed. They go inside and she undresses to her panties and stands giggling as he dries her off and tickles her. She runs away, he chases her, finally catches her, all in fun. She kisses him playfully as he lays on his bed. (This was ALL on TV.) She calls home and asks if she can stay overnight, he gives her a shirt to wear as a nightgown, makes up a bed for her and tucks her in. During the night the woman comes over and takes Chantilly home, so she's gone when he wakes up. He's obviously very disappointed. At work, one of his coworkers finds pictures of Chantilly in his desk, from the waist up, no clothes. (And she's extremely beautiful, in my opinion.) She's female, so what's the problem? There's no problem, and they go on working.

So that's the "romance" I watched on TV that I "couldn't tell much more" about, not knowing French. The whole movie is obviously written for a person like me (not for someone who would knowingly hurt a girl). And somewhere in France, someone wrote and produced this movie, someone let Chantilly (and her friend at the beach) be in it, and someone decided to show it on TV. Should they all be thrown into jail for the rest of their lives? They would be, if they lived in this jackass country. But I didn't have any idea how to find these people; I didn't even catch the name of the movie.
