In Mexico, as I stated, the age of consent is 12; American citizens need neither a passport nor a visa to visit there.

I did not mention other Central American countries, so please do not put words in my mouth.

It will be difficult enough to get Dissident to travel, without you scaring him off with false information and misperceptions.

Until I here from a more authoritative source than your opinion, I will stick with AgeOfConsent.com's reports.
