My circumstances + girlfriends

As I stated in one of my first topics, I have a tidy sum of money stashed away for if anything were to go wrong. My family is no joking matter. I've already started distancing myself in terms of time I've spent with them, but I need to complete my education before I can move out. At that point, I hope to follow your lead and get a girlfriend therafter having minimal contact with my family.

I'm curious, and if you don't mind my asking; do you see your relationship with your girlfriend as long term? Any relationships as long term? I've been debating with myself over whether my love for a girl would be enough when she'd grown past my AoA.

And on a final note: be careful about how you flaunt your relationship. There are people (some that I'm related to) that wouldn't think twice about 'teaching you a lesson', regardless of legality.
