It is indeed a catch22. Until people understand who we REALLY are we can't get the respect most of us deserve. But people can't understand who we really are until we get enough respect for them to actually listen.

The solution, I think, is to get the message out there to the media. If some of the good things we do for children, along with the celibacy of much of our community were made known, then perhaps we all wouldn't be painted with the molester's brush.
