Why not Just lock them up for life?

Because there is far to many of them. At an estimated 3 billion pedophiles with in the U.S. alone and an estimated cost of $200 a day matanance for each one, It would quickly drain our economy to do this.

Okay, I admit, there are three or four hundred hiding under my bed right now, but really, I don't think most of us can house that many...
