Your mention of AOA (age of attraction) got me thinking. How do we arrive at our AOA? Does it get younger the older you get? You state that the 3-4 year old was well below your AOA, but is this something that you are hiding from yourself? Do you feel a certain amount of guilt that you were attracted to someone so young? My AOA is 3-9, but when I first admitted to myself that I was an MAA in 1980, my AOA was 10-14, but as the years have slipped by it has drifted downwards, as I become more true to myself. I put it down to the pursuit of innocence, which in today's society,with its street smart kids, is harder to find, and I guess I find refuge in the younger ones.

I think my AOA has remained pretty stable, at about 7-12, since I recognized myself as an AOA in the '70s. I didn't feel at all physically attracted to the girl, but greatly enjoyed talking and playing with her. The openness and friendliness was indeed quite charming.
