A GM at the doctor's office

I had my mom at the doctor's today along with my wife. Who should come in and sit right across from us but a young mother and her very pretty daughter. When we were called , I stopped in front of her and told her and her mother how beautiful I thought the LG was. The mother wasn't bad either. Then I asked how old she was and the mother told me she was three, but would be four on January 2nd. I commented that I thought she was about four. No odd looks, the mother was very nice.
