Somewhat of a GM

Last week I was at a couple of friends' place and thier next door neighbor started trouble with me.It stemed from the night of March 15th when I had spent the night at my friends' and she had had her stero blaring till after 4 AM despite us having asked her to turn it down twice an it took us asking her a third time before she would turn it down and keep it down.Erica found out that I had wanted to call the cops on her and kind of went off.Thing is she started the trouble with me over a week after the 15th.I got real stressed out over it and went over to my friends P & T(After having some major problems with some barflys and the PD on the way)Well,turns out that it was T's youngest daughter R's birthday(6 years old)R gave me a chocolate tootsie roll pop and her older half-sister H went in the kitchen(without me asking her to do so)and got me a glass of water.Prior to that,H had also gave me some hugs and had taken my hand in hers.H is almost twelve(about a month and a half)and IMO she is a cutie.I really wish that H was my Lady.I got the impression that H knew that I was upset and was trying to get me calmed down.I do Love H.Oh yeah at one point I was so stressed that I had chest pains on the left side of my chest(sharp ones at that).The cops did NOTHING to calm the situation down but rather acted to inflame it.I went to internal affairs and lodged a complaint against those cops.
