What pictureview offers is basically the newsgroups service that offers thumbnail galleries of binary newsgroups. This is useful for people with 56k who cannot afford the bandwidth. I prefer using the newgroups direct with Newsbin.
alt.binaries.pictures.youth-and-beauty has a mixture of pics, there's a bit of spam, but there's plenty of WALS (we-are-little-stars), CS (cosplay stars), and there's even some TYFLAS stuff on at the mo.
What is you-know-what?, if u mean cp, then there's little or no cp on a.b.p.y-a-b. If there was I would certainly delete it from my list.
