children express sexuality like this all the time and it is usually regarded by "norms" as sweet and innocent because they have blinders on. yet if a man responds to that behavior then it suddenly becomes a DANGER issue. ive had LG's flash me and dance for me without provocation. i didnt touch them,but i made sure to let them know that i enjoyed their attention as much as they enjoyed mine......lol
