When you choose a pass for PGP disk, there'll be a little bar, the better your pass, the closer the bar will be to 100%. I'd add some characters after your get to 100% just to be on the safe side. Ditto to what everyone else said. A good pass could contain letters, numbers and symbols like !@#$%^& also. I would have one thats at least 20 characters long. Just make sure you remember it.
