GM

Hey, guess what? I realized I had a GM! Well, as soon as I figured out what GM actually satnds for... Anyway:

I went to a [fair-like event] with my dad and I knew one of my friends would be there. I wandered around most of the time before I found them, and then when I did I found out that she came with her neighbor who had a 4-year-old daughter. By the way, the friend I'm talking about I would like to go out with, but 1) she says she's not quite ready to go out right now, and 2) she's 17. Anyway, after I found her I hung out with them the rest of the day. I thought the girl was pretty and made an effort to become friends with her. This was also before I found this site and fully accepted what I was. Anyway, all throughout the day I found myself being more interested with the girl than my friend. The girl began to grow shy around me and tried to hide whenever she saw I was looking at her, but I could tell she was only being playful. Later, when we were buying souvenir sweaters (the girl had already been bought a shirt and was wearing it) and it was almost time for them to go, out of nowhere the girl walks up to me and hugs me around the legs. It felt great that I had become her friend and she felt like that and wanted to show it. I sort of leaned down to try to hug her as best I could, but of course, 4-year-olds are short and it was quite awkward. So when she pulled away, I knelt down to her and offered to give her another hug. However when she looked at me again (she had been looking down since she stopped hugging me), she reverted back to her shyness and hiding. I suppose my enjoyment was short-lived, but it was enjoyment, nonetheless. I sure hope I see her again. She's so cute, and I think there's a slight possibility that she likes me.
