Yes the site is blocked. You can tell from the word "blocked" in the URL on the page you are directed to:

http://c-web-103.www.nl.demon.net/cgi-bin/blocked?www.pedofilie.be

It won't be coming back on Demon's servers. Recall a couple of years ago that Demon, at the request of a UK LEA, logged downloads from several (international) newsgroups known to carry KP. The download logs were used as probable cause to issue warrants to target harmless KP-downloaders in several countries that UK LE invited to participate in simultaneous early-morning raids.

Many harmless people were punished for being pedophiles that day, I tell you.

In any case, since Demon has handed over logs to LE upon request, I think it would be better to use another vendor, anyway. You know, one that might at least ask for a court order before handing over all the ip addresses, dates, times, and request URLs of everyone that's visited the site?
