I think it just means that she trusts you enough and feels comfortable enough with you to show a side of herself that normally she has to keep hidden. She trusts you not to rat her out to her parents, and she knows you won't get angry or yell at her. I'd look at it as a good thing. The fact that she was giggling like crazy while cussing probably means she was both a little bashful about it, and a bit giddy about the freedom of being able to do it without getting punished.
