Not all of them...

...in fact most of them do not do anything other than just have carefree fun when I'm with them. Actually my cousin is like too that when other people are around, she likes to play and have fun...it's when we are alone together that she acts more sensual. Most kids "flirt" on some level when they are around someone they like. I put flirt in quotes because they do not really think about what they are doing, it's not the same as when an adult flirts, there is an adjenda with adults. That's the difference...kids are very spontaneous and they usually do whatever occurs to them at that moment.

You've never seen any sensual/sexual behavior from kids you were around? That would actually suprise me.
