Kids around these parts here run around in their underwear most of the time, especially during the summer months. I went to a public lake 2 years ago, and there were 13 girls ages 5-10 yrs old swimming in their underwear, when I questioned the local attendant what was going on, he said that the Girl Scouts that were down the road decided to come for a swim, but non of them had swimsuits so they decided to just go swimming in their underwear! It was a wonderful, eye-candy event!
