I can't tell you what to do or what not to do for you must decide this for yourself but I can tell you some of my ecperiences.

I was seeing a therapist in my teen years and told her about my feelings and even told her that there is no way that I would act upon them O:)

She spent two weeks seeing me three times a week talking to me and putting me into hypnosis which in retrospect wasn't the best idea the idea of hypnosis is scary never know what your going to say.

anyways after these two weeks my mother and her asked me to check out this mental hospital to see what it was like and think sbout staying there. Keep in mind I was a naive kid.

I went to check this place out and as soon as my mother and I began to leave three guys grabbed me and dragged me into a little room. They conspired against me to have me trapped in this mental hospital.

So be very careful about who you tell teenage girls typically arent the best they gossip alot.
