GM and GOO

GM - I recently went to a church small group meeting the group leader's home. When I got there, a few guys were demonstrating their futility at putting a basketball through the net, so I joined them in their futility. A few minutes later, the group leader's kids came out to join us - g12, b9, b7. I knew who his kids were, but I'd never had any contact with them before.

We all took turns shooting and retrieving the basketballs, but, oddly enough, I seemed to give it to the girl everytime I got the ball. And I couldn't help teasing her a bit by holding the ball just out of her reach (but she would eventually always get it). After about 15 minutes her mum and dad came out to watch. Then their mum told them they had to go in. The girl came over to me and gave me hug before going in.

GOO (Girl Observation Opportunity) - A minor league baseball game, family night. Surrounded by lots of lg's, seemingly all wearing tank tops or t-shirts and fleece short-shorts. The game was probably good, too, if I'd had any time to watch it. :D
