I'm not getting your point though. We already know that God has no "age of consent" (there are several young wives throughout the Bible, not the least of which was the Virgin Mary).

If you get married, it's not a sin (even though it distracts you from God) and if you're a virgin when you get married, that's also not a sin (even though you will be having sex, which it is better not to do). THAT is what that verse is saying.

I dunno, I guess I'm just not seeing how this is relevant to anything.
