once the charges are recinded and the person is released,he/she should get a public apology as well as back pay for wages lost and more money for emotional damages. if it happened that way,they would be alot more careful about examining the supposed "evidence." most people are so happy to be "pardoned" that they just move on with their lives. not me. after spending time in jail as a child molester,i would be ready to get someones ass. someone would pay,even if i had to spend the rest of my life in court...
