GM?

i dont post GM's often, infact, this may be my first (or second, i seem to remember doing one before)

P= 10 yo girl

So, was sitting at the computer, P was sitting on my leg typing her homework (science project--she's become a pain over this thing, but it's fun anyway) and a girl from college comes online (one of the instant messanger things) .. P see's this name... see's it's a girls name, and asks me who that is..

I say, "it's just some one from school"
P, "a girl?" She peers over her shoulder and gives me a dirty look.
"Maybe," I said, with mischevious grin.
"Do you like her? Is she your girlfriend?"
"That's 2 questions," and I laughed a little. I was obviously trying not to answer either one.
P picks up my hand, and asks again, "do you like her?" Then she sinks teeth into my wrist.
"She's cute, but she'd never be my girlfriend." She thinks over what I said for a few seconds, teeth still lodged in my wrist, and me trying my best to ignore them. She lets go, and my hand just falls back where it was before.
"She better not be," P says... and goes back to typing, with a quite proud little grin on her face--which she was trying not to let show.

so i sat there, thinking over what had just happened, and what i should say next... what would you have said in my place? hmm?

i said... "i dont need a woman bossing me around, i already have you." .. and i kissed her just behind the ear--which got a bigger grin.

she often teases me about how weird i am, because she can boss me around. I'm the only adult she can do that with, and, i've never yelled at her, or had to punish her (and neither have my parents... her mother however, doesnt go 3 minutes without doing so.)

nothing more was said about it... and we went back to doing homework...

so..

interesting moment eh? ... mean anything? or just .. normal?
