GM: Sucky robots and nice girls...

(This is about "K", who few of you are familiar with through GCC...which is not open now, but I gotta get this out of my system. LOL. Tonight was the first time I've officially[wink~wink] seen her in over two months. Just a brief intro to K for those of you unfamiliar: she's the most special person in my life, outside of family. Started out as a friendship w/her mom and older brother, now I'm closer with her, though not openly.)

K's brother recently started going with a girl a couple of years older than him. (He tells me she's "hot", I'll just have to take his word for it.) They were planning on seeing Robots(the movie, which sucked, btw) and his mom was going to take them(he's a few months too young to legally drive). Turns out, he's a pretty smart kid. :) He knows I'm a Mechaphile(which means, if it involves robots, I'm interested) and knew I wanted to see this movie, but hadn't been able to yet. So he talked his mom into letting me take them. K wanted to go too, and her mom "made us" take her and her best friend, "H"(NOT a problem for me, hehe).

These plans were made Tuesday, over the phone. I called back last night just to make sure it was still on, and it was.

I went to their house before they got home from school(impetuous, eh?) and when they got there we left almost immediately(which was nice, to be honest. The last couple of times I've been able to take them out, we had to hang around the house a while). This was around 3:30. Had to get them home by 10:00, six and a half hours. Not too shabby.

Then we had to go pick up his GF and K's friend H. (K even rode shotgun, her brother usually does, but he wanted to sit in back w/his GF.)

We went to see the movie in the mall(UGH!) theater. We decided to see the 7:00~ish show, so we had a couple of hours to kill. K's brother and his GF wanted to split up which was not a problem for K and me. :) So we got some alone time(well, H was with us, but she's cool).

While we were walking around, we ran into another YG I know, a year younger than K. (Easily one of the most attractrive girls I know, and sweet too. She was with her grandmother, who is really cool, and her two little sisters.) We talked about my new watch(this girl always likes my watches for some reason).

The movie: I LOVE robots...and even I didn't like it. But it was a good night. :)

(BTW, before any of you get all anal retentive: yes, it's technically Saturday morning as I write this...but I couldn't sleep, so I'm calling it Friday night still. LOL.)
