you have to sign it. you cooperate fully and do EVERYTHING they tell you to or you dont "complete" the program. not completing the program indicates you are likely to offend again. this means you will either not be released or your conditions for release will be much more difficult. any show of independence or self-will indicates you cannot be trusted. they want you to believe you are a worthless scumbag,and they wont release you until you agree to be their bitch. you must meet all the conditions they decide on,including forcing your family into therapy with you and doing whatever "tests" they feel they want to do to you. you are not a human anymore,you are a test subject/lab rat under the control of others...
