If the 'll' is from a welsh name, the perhaps 'sh' would work but the 'll', as pronounced by the welsh speakers I've heard, is formed by placing the tongue in the position for a 'th', but instead of blowing air through the front teeth, the breathed consonant has air flowing around the rear teeth along the sides of the inner cheek.

If that makes any sense to anyone ... but very different from a 'sh' sound.
